Liquid flocculant MobyFloc Green
MobyFloc Green liquid flocculant has been specially developed for use in MobyDick wheel washing systems and enables rapid water purification. It is made up of positively charged molecules that cause the negatively charged particles to stick to the dirt. Solids bound in this way (dirt particles and flocculant molecules) quickly settle to the bottom of the tank and are removed by means of an automatic conveyor belt or by means of another mud/sludge removal system. In this way, the water is clear again and ready for the reuse process in the wheel washing system.

Second Sensor
In the standard version, the wheel washing system is used for cleaning vehicles from one direction of travel. The wheel washing system is activated by the sensor in the entry area. If the wheel washing system is also entered from the opposite direction, due for example to limited space, activation is triggered by the vehicle leaving the system. This is not practical and is prevented by the optional second sensor MobyFloc Green liquid flocculant has been specially developed for use in MobyDick wheel washing systems and enables rapid water purification. Third Nozzle Tube
The special side spraying with three horizontal and one vertical nozzle tube each is used instead of the conventional double nozzle bars. This increases the spray pattern and better cleans the wheel housings. All nozzle tubes are adjustable thanks to detachable fittings. The spraying angle can thus be adjusted according to the requirements at hand. Galvanised version on request.

Backwash of the exit
During the cleaning process, some of the dirty washing water does not drip off until the exit area of the wheel washing system. After some time, the dirt particles in this water can accumulate on the driveway. With the optional backwash of the exit, the dirt particles are continuously flushed back into the system. This reduces the spread of dirt and dust in the exit area.

The nozzle portal is used to humidify dry, dusty loads. The washing water is also washed off the vehicle. The water used for this comes from the extra fresh water tank. The spray duration of the nozzle portal is set in the control cabinet. It is triggered individually for each vehicle by the driver.

The heated, fully insulated and lockable container protects against frost, weather and vandalism. Tools and wear parts can also be stored safely. The trace heating for the flocculant hose ensures a reliable feed of the temperature-sensitive flocculant into the feed pipe of the wheel washing system, even in winter.

Drip Pad
During the cleaning process, some of the washing water remains on the vehicle and is carried along out of the system. The optional drip pad creates a shaking effect that causes the washing water remaining on the vehicle to drip off. This washing water flows back into the recycling process of the wheel washing system through a return channel. The carrying out and subsequent loss of the washing water is reduced.

Side-wall displacement
If a vehicle cannot drive through a wheel washing system at the ideal angle due to tight spaces or curves, the risk of damage to the nozzle bars and side walls is greater. By shifting the side walls and the nozzle bars outwards by 30 cm, the clearance between the side walls is increased. The passage width remains unchanged.

Grid Cover
The grid cover prevents persons and animals in hazardous areas close to the recycling tank from falling into it. Foreign bodies (e.g. leaves, waste, etc.) that interfere with pump operation are also kept out. Use is mandatory wherever the recycling tank is buried and no other effective fall protection equipment (e.g. optional safety railing) exist. Especially recommended for unsupervised systems.
