The heavy duty bollards are fixed to the left and right of the wheel guide rails on the entry side. The clearly visible signal colours support the correct use of the wheel washing system. If a vehicle nevertheless departs from the lane in the entry area, damage to the side nozzle bars is prevented.

The heating elements prevent the water temperature from dropping into the freezing zone, while an additional circulating pump or the scraper conveyor moves the water at a predefined interval. The cold water is circulated and flows past the warm heating elements. The freezing of the water surface during constant frost is prevented. Only in combination with the optional MobyHeat FSC1 and MobyHeat FSC2.

The optional manual wash “Heavy” enables intensive and targeted cleaning of construction machinery and vehicles with a powerful water jet under medium pressure. If it is used in the entrance or exit area of the system, the washing water flows back into the recycling tank and is re-used following the treatment process. Ideal for follow-up cleaning of hard-to-reach areas following the automatic washing process or for autonomous cleaning.

If no water connection is available near a wheel washing system, the separate water tank can be used to compensate for lost water. Placement is at a higher level than the washing water level in the recycling tanks. If the water level in the recycling tank drops, the float valve automatically opens the supply line from the separate water tank. The lost water is then replenished.
