Second Sensor

In the standard version, the wheel washing system is used for cleaning vehicles from one direction of travel. The wheel washing system is activated by the sensor in the entry area. If the wheel washing system is also entered from the opposite direction, due for example to limited space, activation is triggered by the vehicle leaving the system. This is not practical and is prevented by the optional second sensor MobyFloc Green liquid flocculant has been specially developed for use in MobyDick wheel washing systems and enables rapid water purification. It is made up of positively charged molecules that cause the negatively charged particles to stick to the dirt. Solids bound in this way (dirt particles and flocculant molecules) quickly settle to the bottom of the tank and are removed by means of an automatic conveyor belt or by means of another mud/sludge removal system. In this way, the water is clear again and ready for the reuse process in the wheel washing system.
